Hi! I’m Keleigh. I’m the passionate founder of the Higher Light Breathwork teacher training. I’m a certified breathwork & meditation facilitator with years of experience guiding individuals toward healing and transformation. Having led hundreds of breathwork sessions, I’m deeply committed to helping people reconnect with their inner peace and rediscover their wholeness through the power of conscious breathing.
My life journey has shaped my unique teaching style—one that is as grounded and relatable as it is transformative. I’m a mother of 3 and entrepreneur, and know the challenges of balancing life’s demands while also staying rooted in purpose. I believe that breathwork is not just a practice; it’s a path to healing, empowerment, and profound growth for individuals and communities. I’m deeply passionate about inviting God or The Divine into my sessions, creating a sacred space filled with higher light and love. I embrace a spiritual approach while creating an open and inclusive environment, warmly welcoming individuals of all beliefs to my classes and trainings—which is very important to me.
I created the Higher Light Breath program with a vision: to equip and inspire facilitators who will bring breathwork to the world while being guided by The Divine, creating ripples of transformation and healing that will touch countless lives.

Attend all 3 days of training
Facilitate 20 breathwork sessions
post-training
Attend 10 breathwork sessions
post-training
Send in a video of a facilitated
breathwork session
A Higher Light Breathwork certificate will be issued to the trainee once the above requirements are met.

$1,200 in full
